Business Strategy Manager - Data & Process, PDMS
I'm a business strategist grounded in the perspective of customer journey and lifecycle. I'm constantly driving multi-modal activities to build a platform business with Data and Process management at the center. Focused on enabling and executing data driven decision making for Autodesk and our customers. I see myself as an organizer of smart people, leading them to curate the best ideas, and surfacing those to the top. Driven to think horizontally, connecting the dots across "silos" to create holistic business strategies, whether it is across technology, organization, or business models.
From the Atlanta, GA area, I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. I have over 13 years of software experience in training, consulting, migrating, and implementing business critical solutions for customers small and large. I've had a broad journey across various types of software solutions from PLM (as a VAR and a customer multiple times), ServiceNow, Finance/Revenue (Zuora), and other ancillary systems you find in a typical IT portfolio.
Across this journey I've worn various hats required to build a software business. Landing me today at Autodesk, driving business strategy for our Product Data Management and Product Lifecycle Management portfolio...in which those capabilities become the heart of our future SaaS platform strategy. I consider myself an entrepreneurial thinker, and leverage such perspectives professionally.
Certified with ITIL, PMP, CISA, Zuora, ServiceNow, Windchill, and more. Considered an expert in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Data Management. Highly skilled in engineering and discrete manufacturing processes, as well as engagement management, business process design, IT security operations, IT service management, and executing technical implementations.
