I have been leading international sales teams for almost ten years, in dynamic markets across Europe and also spent several years working in the USA, always in technology companies driving sales and marketing projects. I thrive off working with people, and am passionate about sales culture and people development. Part of my work in the last few years has been about guiding and developing up and coming leadership talent within our organisation and preparing them for a career in people management.

In my spare time I run around after my toddler and am doing some major project management at home as we do a full renovation of our home!

I am energetic and enthusiastic, and throw myself headfirst into all projects (inside or outside work), whether it's going from a coach potato to a 10k runner, or learning how to make my own wedding cake!
