Hi, my name is Johannes Bauer. I work in the Customer Success Organization as a Designated Support Specialist helping our Enterprise Customers be successful.

The main product I am supporting is Autodesk Vault, which is enabling our customers to collaborate better, design more efficient and leverage the follow-the-sun principle during the design process.

I come from an IT background. I got passionate with Autodesk when working for a customer. Ask me anything about Vault, IT Architectures, IT Infrastructure!

In addition to my technical background, I also have an economics background.

I studied business informatics. I have basic experience in programming, but am most passionate about networking, servers, unix, linux, windows, databases, SQL, oracle, application servers and IT infrastructure in general.

As mentioned, I am not too passionate about programming, but scripting gets me going again. :)

In my spare time I spend as much time as possible with my family. Also we like to travel as you can see from my tripadvisor travelmap, which I try to keep as up to date as possible:
