Technical Support Specialist, Autodesk
As a Technical Support Specialist for Fusion 360 at Autodesk, I have become more experienced in problem solving and helping others with their projects!
I'm a Mechanical Engineer by training and have done work in the Biomedical Engineering field, as well as taught young women about engineering, orthopedics, and problem solving across the country.
I am a designer, mechanical engineer, artist, and traveler, and I want to help solve global issues through design and technologies.
I recently graduated from the University of Delaware's Mechanical Engineering program, with concentrations in Biomechanical Engineering and Integrated Design.
Throughout my college career I worked with a non-profit organization, The Perry Initiative, who teach young women about Engineering and Orthopedics, and how these fields work together and help people. This gave me a passion for helping people and problem solving, which lead me to work in Bioengineering and Orthopedics related research projects (at labs both at Hospital for Special Surgery and at University of Delaware).
My experiences in and out of college then lead me to Autodesk, a company that is ready to help people make anything. As a Technical Support Specialist, I am supporting customers and organizations that want to use design, engineer, and manufacture. Fusion 360 has shown me a vast a possibilities, and in turn I have also learned to use Inventor, HSMworks, and more.
