I have a CPA license and over 30 years of experience in corporate tax accounting/compliance. Prior to my tax career, I worked 7 years as a registered dental assistant in a periodontal office. I love to travel, learn new things, and build new friendships.
I am always looking for volunteer opportunities to enhance my personal growth. I enjoy giving back to my communities, so I have over 25 years of volunteer experience, which have built long-lasting friendships as I collaborated with many different personalities.
I volunteered in health fairs when I was a registered dental assistant. As a mom, I volunteered in every school my two boys attended, serving as Parent Association Treasurer, Secretary, Classroom Liaison, Lead for International Food Festival, and Committee Member for fundraising events.
As a sports mom, I volunteered as parent liaison helping the coach develop practice/game schedules, team/parent rosters, uniform order lists, and snack assignments.
While my boys were in Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts, I served as Troop Treasurer, Achievement Chair, Coordinator for Board of Review & Court of Honor, as well as participated in many troop volunteer projects at Golden Gate National Recreation Association (GGNRA), Presidio Park, SF Food Bank, and St. Anthony's Dining Hall.
Now that my boys are grown adults, I want to focus on volunteering in areas of my own current interests. As an avid volunteer, I am fully committed to each project that I have the privilege to participate.
