I am a Workforce Planning Strategist with 10 years of human capital management and development experience in the non-profit and corporate organizations in the US. I hold M.S in Human Capital Analytics and Technology (STEM) from NYU and B.S in International Business and Economics from Østfold University College in Norway.

Prior to joining Autodesk as People Insights and Solution Design Partner, I served as a Workforce Intelligence Partner at RTX Corporation where I've consulted business leaders on a descriptive and predictive workforce assessment to optimize talent management. My career history also includes managing HR Information Systems and People Analytics reporting in the 400+ staff non-profit organization.

I have volunteered in numerous non-profit organizations as a leadership mentor, guiding individuals' personal and professional development. I am passionate about bringing strategic foresight and creative vision combined with quantitative insights to design the thriving workplace experience and ensure organizational success.

Currently based in New York City, I speak four languages and have traveled to 20+ countries.
