Michelle has been in the civil engineering field since 1994 where she started out in the Civil Engineering unit of the US Air Force. As an expert in Autodesk software, she has been teaching people how to use architecture, engineering, and construction software for over 20 year. She now manages the customer success content strategy at Autodesk to help customers be more efficient in reaching their desired outcomes and capabilities.
Michelle has been in the learning and development industry for over 20 years. Before that, she worked for civil engineering and surveying firms doing land development and road designs. Her extensive experience and comprehensive understanding of the technical, practical, business and human dimensions of implementing technology leads the strategy behind the learning content she manages. She has written training guides, provided training, support, and implementation on all Autodesk infrastructure solutions, as well as general AutoCAD. She now manages success content strategy for Autodesk’s Customer Success Organization.
Michelle is highly regarded within the Autodesk training community and in the civil engineering community. Her expertise has helped clients maximize their project’s effectiveness and ROI.
