In my role I am extremely passionate about solving problems for our Sales and Support teams so that they can provide a world class customer experience. In my recent project I had saved operations manhours by 20% and reduced 35% of tickets raised by creating a Slack Bot.

I was born and raised in India and completed my post graduation in Computer Application in 2010. Before Autodesk Since then I have worked as Technical support specialist and Mobile Developer.
