I am Rohit Maheshwari based out of Dublin, Ireland. I am a Principle SRE working on IAAS solution, tooling around observability, DevOps and Security. I started my carrier as a Network Engineer and worked on configuring some of the well known Network related projects. Moved to DevOps and SRE space after doing my Master's in Cloud Computing in 2015.

I have been working in setting up big and very crucial datacenter's for Indian Government organisations. Some of the organisations have more then 2000 locations across Delhi like Zonal Offices, Regional Offices, Hospitals, Schools, Maternity Clinics etc. I have worked on digitalising all the offices into a MPLS network connected to the Datacenter. I have configured CISCO and Juniper routers/switches/Firewall.

After doing my Master's in Cloud Computing and moving to Ireland, I have worked with some startups in moving them from Datacenters to AWS/GCP Cloud -- doing DevOps kind of work for them. Before moving to Autodesk, I was working for Salesforce as Lead SRE where I was working in a team responsible for moving their CRM from Datacenters to Public Cloud. They have one of the biggest Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure in the world.
