Working together is hard. Even when teams and organizations have clear goals, the process to get from the beginning to the end of a major project is a journey, to say the least. That’s where I come in. I can add insight through user research, foster creativity through generative design, and craft clarity through business strategy. Overall, I facilitate teams to work through the fuzzy front end of a project through its implementation and evaluation. We can get through this together :)

Previous to Autodesk, spent the first decade of my career collaborating with nonprofits, higher ed institutions, as well as for-profits to design everything from new products and services to new business models and ways of working together. Happy to help with everything from facilitating one-off workshops to navigating big changes over time.
