Hi! My name is Carolina Sipán and I am a Program Manager in the Role Excellence team within the Global Revenue Enablement Organization. I am also a global events co-lead for the Pride ERG. I am originally from Lima, Perú. and I have been living in Barcelona since 2007. I joined Autodesk in the middle of the pandemic in July 2020.

While being part of the Role Excellence team, I get the amazing opportunity to design and build transferrable skills learning experiences for WW Sales and Success teams. I am passionate about enabling and guiding others with whatever is in my hands, so they can be their best selves at work and in life, in general.
