I'm a Product Manager with a background in Customer Success and a passion for mentoring, empowerment, and process improvement. I'm highly organized and able to bring structure to nebulous projects.
I have 4 years of direct experience as a Product Manager, building on another half-decade in Customer Success including running a startup's Customer Support org. I thrive working on collaborative teams and have often held cross-functional roles, including as a Product Liaison (across Support & Engineering), as an Internationalization Product Manager (across product & business lines), and as a Shared Services Product Manager (across scrum teams). I have experience at companies from 20-100 people, as well as 10k+.
Some of my key tactical strengths include: understanding & empathizing with users' needs, keeping projects organized and moving forward, noticing inefficiencies in existing processes, and building high-functioning teams.
