Hi, I'm Hayes and I am a user experience designer, researcher and storyteller. I work on the Fusion 360 manufacturing team where I help improve the product for machine programmers and operators.

I have an interest in creating accessible experiences and in sustainability. I have had past experience working in fintech (BMO, TD), working with loyalty programs (Drop, Air Miles) and working with CRM software (Salesforce).

I love trying new things and improving my skills, and I love creating things. I'm currently working on creative writing through journalling and poetry.
