I'm an experienced content strategist, editor, communications professional, and project manager, currently working on improving the digital employee experience at Autodesk.
I’ve held various titles throughout my career, with the underlying goal of each of them being the same: getting the right information to the right audience at the right time. I have a real passion for distilling complex topics into clear and concise content for a general audience and creating experiences for end users that help them learn something new or solve a problem they’re having.
I started off my career teaching English in a small city in Japan for a couple of years, and then moved on to editorial positions at traditional publishing companies, web startups, and educational organizations. I'm currently leading a team that focuses on improving the Autodesk employee experience through knowledge management, content strategy, content design, and solution insights on the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team.
