I care deeply about bringing safe, private and ethical ML to the world. My experience is in operationalizing ML/AI for healthcare, security, consumer domains across India, Singapore and Canada. Proof-of-concepts are my jam!

The best ways to describe me:
* I have lived roughly 10 years in Saudi Arabia, India and Singapore. Now I'm starting all over in North America. Adapting to new environments, and cultures is one of my super-skills.
* I'm an engineer by training, researcher by professional experience and a newly aspiring learner of the arts - philosophy and social policy.
* Most of my professional experience is in building computer vision based systems for various applications. I have been in roles ranging from pure Research to deploying services.
My biggest asset from this is really just the ability to navigate the language and jargon across these factions - Business, Research, Applied Research and Engineering.
However, it is VERY limited to technical products focusing on using Machine Learning.
* I've worked in startups with less than 5 people, 30 people and 150 people. I've also worked at Autodesk for about 3 years (and I'm here again for a second stint now). This experience helps me draw on what matters for companies and teams at different stages.
I'm very familiar with feeling like and being the outsider in most crowds. Naturally, I am a huge advocate of inclusion and diversity in everything! YES, even your ML models!
