As a Software Development Manager for the Education team at Autodesk, I am passionate about supporting organizations from NGOs to purpose-driven firms in achieving impact through Engineering and Technology.

I have 13+ years of IT industry experience in successfully executing & delivering web and mobile applications in Education, Healthcare, Finance, Banking & Aviation domains across India, Canada, and USA. I started my career as a Software Developer and grew up in the ladder to become a Software Development Manager, which gave me strong skills in the entire Software Development Life Cycle, both from business and technical perspective.

Working as an IT professional throughout my career, with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering and Masters in Information Quality, I strongly believe that we can solve a lot of issues across the world using technology.

I have an experience of managing a team of up to 11 full stack software developers, mobile developers, and QAs. I am a Data and Results driven peoples’ manager & strategic thought leader with Operational Excellence in planning, execution, on-time delivery & success of complex technical projects, with excellent quality.
