While educated as a horse dentist in Britain, I have been scaling AEC startups for over a decade, including StrucSoft (Graitec), BIM Track (Newforma) & Chief of Staff at TestFit. My current role as Senior Manager Oprations on the AEC Data team. With a passion for the industry, I thrive on making sure teams run smoothly and are as awesome as they can be. I have a strong background in operations, marketing, and culture.

I love to help smart people solve tough problems, whethere it's through workshops, listening activties and more. Part of the success of my previous startups has been our abilities to stay focused - not an easy task! As such, I've facilitated OKR sessions to make sure we know what we are saying yes to, and equally what we are saying no to!
While I currently work in operations, I previously held head of people roles and was proud to lead a culture with an average ESI north of the 80% mark. I have many ideas on how to define a company's culture and operationalize their values. I also have a strong background in marketing, particularly on the content side and would love to help another company with any of my expertise.
