Experience Designer, CSD - Innovation Hub, Customer Success Design
I am an Experience Designer on the Innovation Hub team in Customer Success Design. I am interested in pro bono work because, after several years of living in a global pandemic, I want to work and give back to others. I'd like to contribute my energy to projects that make a difference.
I specialize in UX/UI Design, branding, illustration, product design, and fashion design. As a previous entrepreneur, I enjoy building business foundations focusing on sustainable growth, customer understanding, and user empathy.
I come from a fine art background with a focus on illustration. I started an apparel brand in 2012 created around my illustrations and taught myself how to design and manufacture apparel ethically in the US, created a runway collection, and partnered with other brands for collaboration projects. Looking to switch gears and ready for a change, I started a journey into tech three years ago and took an intensive course in UX / UI and frontend development. After many hours of education, work, and building my website from scratch, I am grateful to have landed at Autodesk on the Innovation Hub.
At the Innovation Hub we strive to create irresistible customer experiences. I conduct research, build prototypes, conduct user testing, and ideate and discover. We conduct small-scale experiments that, if proven successful, can potentially scale throughout the company to provide our customers with a fantastic Autodesk experience.
