Morgan is an Associate AIA and Civil/Structural engineer with more than 15 years of professional experience in the AEC and connected markets. He brings to his practice an extensive background in engineering, architecture, and manufacturing together with a passion for creative design, innovation, and entrepreneurship. In his current work, he helps customers develop strategies for adopting, developing, and deploying AEC technologies within their unique organizational environments.

Morgan spent his early career in Civil Engineering consultancies involved in Transportation, Bridge Design, Land Development, Water Resources, Pipelines, and Manufacturing projects. Morgan worked as the Project Manager of the Americas for the design, manufacture, and installation of very large diameter pipelines for the Brightwater Tunnel Project in Washington, one of the largest infrastructure projects in the United States. Morgan has worked with various architectural companies on projects involving urban vision planning, engineering-architecture design collaborations, product development, interior architecture, and renovations.

Morgan completed his passion to study architecture with an internship-based Master’s program in 2020. He volunteers regularly with the AIA, ASCE as a peer reviewer/judge in annual conferences/competitions. His interior design work on a private home in Houston won a 2013 Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence and was listed as one of the five modernist homes to buy in Houston, TX.
