I am a software engineering with a product background and a strong Agile mindset. I have more than 20 years of experience in AEC software industry and structural engineering. I also have a MBA.

I graduated Civil Engineering (MSc) in Cracow University of Technology in 2006 with a specialization in structural engineering) followed by multiple courses and post-graduate studies in the area of structural engineering.

I received the Polish Chartered Engineer title in 2012 and EUR ING title (Feani) in 2017. In 2021 I graduated International MBA title from St Gallen School of Business and Cracow University of Economics. Since 2023 studying Applied Informatics in Cracow University of Economics.

2005-2013 - Family business in architectural and Structural design - position: Structural Engineer,
2006-2015 - Robobat Polska Sp z o.o. - position: Senior Technical Support Engineer (training users and trouble shooting in structural Engineering products: Robot Structural Analysis, Autocad Structural Detailng, hsbCAD and others),
2015 - 2018 - Prescient Sp. z o.o. - position: Design and Engineering Services Director (coordinating a team of 50+ ppl in delivering structural design of multifamily buildings for US market as a part of off-site construction company),
2018 - 2022 - Prescient Sp. z o.o. - position: Director, Software Technology Management (coordinating work of product managers and product owners in developing proprietary software of off-site construction)
2014 - present - Self-employed: Structural Engineering freelancer
2022-2023 - Autodesk - position: Senior Product Owner (coordinating the work of team in Structural Analysis workgroup).
2023-present - Autodesk - position: Manager, Software Engineering (coordinating work of two teams in Structural Analysis workgroup)

My professional interests include AEC software, especially in the area of Structural Engineering, Agile frameworks and team building.

In my free time I enjoy skydiving, motorbikes and puzzles with by kids :)
