Sales Communications Lead, WWFO
I am a communications and marketing professional who has worked in a variety of industries (technology, higher education, non-profit, fintech). I recently rejoined Autodesk to serve as the Sales Communications Lead for the Worldwide Field Operations group where I oversee internal and partner communications.
As a former journalist, I was trained to take complex subjects and make them easy to understand for my readers. This is a skill that has shaped my marketing and communications career, where the same principles elevate all that I do.
Over my career I've worked for newspapers including The Palo Alto Weekly and Pacifica Tribune, ran the marketing department for an Autodesk reseller, and have held a variety of positions at Autodesk over my 11 years at the company. I helped develop the social media governance and was instrumental in growing one of the largest social media communities in my time working on the Autodesk Education Experiences (AEX) team. My work in higher education eventually brought me to Dominican University of California, where I was promoted to Sr. Director of Marketing, helping rebrand the university and grow undergraduate enrollment.
I boomerang'd back to Autodesk in 2019, first working in our Account Based Marketing team, and eventually in my current role where I oversee our internal sales communications and external partner communications. This is the first job in a long time that truly takes me back to my journalistic roots, and I love what I do. There is nothing more satisfying than creating content to inform and celebrate those that you work with.
