Hi! This is my call to take action. I am very excited and willing to share my empathy, time and life experience playing my part in the construction of a sustainable and equitable world for us and future generations.

I am Josefina. I was born and raised in Argentina. I moved to Barcelona in 2022 and joined Autodesk, working as an Indirect Tax Manager.

I've studied accounting and worked in tax for 12 years, developing my analytical, practical, proactive and customer oriented skills. As People Manager in a team of 5, my colleagues usually remark my empathy, openness and support towards their needs and willingness to grow.
Throughout my career I've participated in projects, apart from my regular activities. And the last 2 years, my role is a 100% focused on projects. In several opportunities take the lead, working on the design and facilitation. In others, I act as the connection between the tax team and the engineer team.

Besides, during the past few years I have been studying astrology, practice meditation and yoga regularly. This is my therapy to know more about myself and others, to keep improving my communication and leadership skills.

Looking to share my experience, my time and my knowledge, I am really excited to join the Autodesk Foundation. This will let me re-define my purpose, connect with others and build together a better world to live.
