Hello, thanks for reading! I am a People Manager to a team of 8 HR Professionals based in EMEA. I am based in the UK.

I am a full time working Mom of 2 boys and a military spouse.

I am well known for being process driven, pragmatic and solutions focused. I also greatly enjoy working on projects that champion the rights of woman and all under represented groups.

My personal goal for this year, amongst others, is to work on more AI projects and support more inclusivity causes.

I'm a HR generalist, with a Fellow CIPD accreditation. I have a strong background in Employee Relations and HR Operations and over 20 years experience working in HR across many sectors. Sectors, including social housing, central government, tech and IT and in consultancy. I also have experience working with systems and in project management.

In Autodesk, I lead on Gender Pay Reporting in UK & Ireland.

A strength of mine is enjoying to coach and develop those in my team. I am also known for bringing structure, organisation and clarity to processes. I am known for working well under pressure and being able to bring innovative and new ideas.

I love to meet new people and learn new skills. I also enjoy sports, playing in Germany for an Autodesk womens football team.
