As a content manager for the Learning Services Team at Autodesk, I help customers onboard and learn how to use our products most efficiently to achieve their priority business outcomes.

I started out in marketing, bouncing from agency to agency before finding my home at Autodesk. My journey here began with a passion for writing and sustainability before I moved up to my current role in Customer Success.

I am a writer and project manager who strives to help Autodesk customers unlock their full potential using Autodesk technology.

I began in marketing, specializing in copywriting short- and long-form content for agencies in Portland before moving into project management. In 2021, I left agency life and found my home at Autodesk as a copywriter and content specialist for the water innovation team. My skills in engaging copywriting, taking tech-heavy concepts and making them digestible for the laymen, and eye-catching graphic design earned me a promotion in early 2023 to content manager for the learning services team. Now, I deliver captivating digital content to new customers to help them better understand how to use our products to meet their business goals.
