Emerging Issues Program Manager, Risk & Resiliency
I have a background in international development, nonprofit program and project management, and tech for social good. I've also built and managed Equity & Inclusion programs, as well as crisis management. My current role focuses on risk mitigation around global social and political issues that may impact Autodesk's values, policies, benefits, and people.
I am a dedicated and passionate program and project manager with extensive experience in implementing global social impact programs in the tech and civil society sectors. I currently oversee Autodesk's Emerging Issues Response Program, developing frameworks to address social, public policy, and political issues in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
I have a background in the nonprofit and international development space, previously working for an organization that helps nonprofits to adopt and use technology to further their missions. There I managed a portfolio of "tech for social impact" programs serving nonprofits in 236 countries. I also have experience in the Diversity & Belonging space, developing equity and inclusion programs and global equity strategies, stewarding Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and initiating nonprofit partnerships.
I have a deep understanding of the power of technology to create positive social impact, and a love and respect for the work - and challenges - of nonprofits. I'm excited to lend my skills, time, and support to these important initiatives.
